Now the only thing that this is hinging on is a home and termite inspection, and since the guy living there currently is a contracter, that should come back good. Well, the guy is gonna find something with it, we know this already, but if thehouse is solid and sound, cosmetic stuff doesn't bug me. Like, walking through we could tell that there were some doors that would need re-hanging or replacing. That's not a biggie; a biggie would be major plumbing, wiring, or structural problems.

But, our offer was accepted! Woot!
