Update on Warin

He's home. I might ask him to dictate details to me tomorrow so I can type it out all the way, but the long and short of it is that a in-circuit tester closed on his hand while he was cleaning it. No, it didn't have a safety on it, why do you ask?

The biggie is the puncture wound on the back of his hand, fairly close to the wrist, on the thumb side. Made by a 1/4 diamater locater pin. Don't know how deep it is. He said he couldn't see bone at the time, but that it was also bleeding, so he couldn't get that good of a look.

He has an appointment with a specialist in Columbia on Monday. He's here, he's talking, and he sounds mostly okay.

ouch. is he working today? bear cub's feild trip to lake whinnie is tomorrow if he can arrange to drop he lunch money for it off while teh kids are homw i know tehy'd enjoy gettign to see him.

Eeep! Yeouch. Puncture wounds can be nasty if they get infected, but overall it sounds like it's not going to permanently cause problems. I thank all D/deities for that!

I hope he heals quickly and gets some enjoyable (paid) time off and rest in exchange. Healing thoughts his way.
