Drank a Mudslide for the first time last night. I feel i should mention that there were only 3 ounces of Baccardi 151 in the whole freakin' blender, and that I drank one glass over a four hour period. And I had water, and I ate dinner as well.

An I woke up with a hangover. A mild hangover, but a hangover nonetheless.

For the record, due to a request, I will be refferring to Ebon as Jon from now on.

Why yes, this is related to why I was having alcohol at all last night. There are times when emotional pain really needs to be blunted. That's the last time I drink to blunt emotional pain. That may have been the last time that I ever drink more than an ounce or two of even a weak alcohol ever again.

There are people that do this on a regular basis?!

I rarely get hangovers and just because you did shouldn't reflect badly on me.

i think you are reading far to much into her comment. i fail to see how her thinking folks who drink enough to get hangovers on a regular basis is idiotic reflects badly on you. i also fail to see how jumping down her throat over it will do any good.

no one here jumped on you for the comments about how you actually like your family, even though some of us were hurt by them.

Sorry, but the way I read it, it sounded like she felt that people who just drank on a regular basis, not drank on a regular basis and got hangovers, were idiots, and I do drink rather regularly. And I'm not the only one that felt that way about the comment. It insulted some other people that I know that drink too.

Lately, she has made a lot of comments in person and though LJ that I have found very insulting, but I've held me tounge. I finally decided to say what I thought and if that upset her, then it upset her.

Also, if Naomi is upset with me for saying this then she should be the one tell me. She's an adult, she can bitch me out if she so pleases, it is well within her rights.

Finally, I'm sorry that my comment about my parents upest you all. But I have been making the same comment for almost two years, I wish someone would have said something long before now, because I know I've made it many times, and I'd hate to think that I've been saying something repeatedly that is hurtful.
