Not Giving Up

I'm not rolling over, and I'm not shutting up.

Okay folks, we have about another week or so to get over the shock.

And then we start calling, and mailing, and volunteering, and helping wherever, and whenever we can. We've just had it proven to us that the politicians aren't going to fix this for us. That's up to us.

You want those liberties? You're going to have to fight for them. Not the easy way, not with violence. No, we're going to have to fight this the hard way. In the courts, and in the legeslative houses across the country, and by lobbying, and with peaceful protests, and peaceful civil disobedience. Writing to the Congresspeople, and talking to your neighbours. Working the phones for your orginization. Community service, cleaning places up, going to town hall meetings.

We have work to do.
