I've been feeling queasy on and off the past week, but today was near constant nausea. It's been a real struggle to make myself nibble on what little food seems palatable. This is not helped by being backed up by hunger pangs and a persistent low-level blood sugar headache.

I really hope that as I seem to be following the norm for when morning sickness starts, I also follow the norm for when it ends. I would really hate to deal with the nearly 9 months or morning sickness that my mom dealt with when she was pregnant with my sister.

On the upswing, reading around seems to show that women who do not suffer from morning sickness are more likely to miscarry, so yay me? (On the other hand, I'd really like to be able to eat what I'm supposed to be eating, thankyouverymuch.)

And looking at the 'nauseated' icon makes my stomach lurch, so let's not do that, hmmm?

*sympathy* Yes, ginger is great. Everyone has different things that work for them; lemon was great for me, also lavender sachets, the scent was soothing and calmed the queasy. Oh! And I still have half a bottle of the essential oil for pregnancy that I got when I was pregnant with Galen; it was wonderful! E-mail me your snail mail addy and I'll send it to you. foxfireglow at g mail
