Edit to clarify charges

Paul Alexander Montgomery III was found guilty today. 9 counts of rape of a child.

Sentencing will be September 23. His bail was revoked, and he was led out of the courtroom in cuffs and leg irons.

I will go into more detail when I get back to my computer in WV, but I will add the detail that his wife, Holly Montgomery, was called as a witness for the defense.

As her testimony included the statement that she had 'about 100 personalities', we can safely say that it was a thing of beauty that the reporter sitting in the courtroom likely peed himself with glee over.

Heh. Myself and Louis moved out to West Virginia. Warin and the girls are living in TN.

We effectively got told that as long as myself and Louis lived with Warin, his children wouldn't. So here we are, 6 to 8 hours away. No, it isn't exactly legal. But hey, when you don't have money and you can't get an organization to help you, there's nothing much you can do.

-bitter- DCS made Cub regret ever telling anyone about what had happened. I will never forgive them for that.

As a side note, that's all I'm going to say about the custody issue in a public post. I would also ask that no one else discuss it here. Not angry at anyone on my friend's list at all here, but at this point, Catchild has adopted a 'scorched earth' policy in regards to the kids, so I'd really rather go with mild paranoia right now.
