When we were raising an orphan kitten, we kept him on a heating pad on low, with the pad wrapped in a towel. Also, if the eyes are not open, please keep the baby in the dark as much as possible, as the light damages the eyes, and tends to make them near-sighted.

Her eyes are open; I'm guessing her at around 2 weeks or so of age.
