Fall Cleaning

omimouse. . and the Head Cold From Hell. I've been muzzy-headed and trying to breathe through day-glo wet cement. On top of that, we've been trying to get the last spurt of unpacking and organizing from the move into the new house done. As I type, Warin is building the bookshelves that will go along the back hallway so that we can actually unpack the library and put it up.
That, and Catchild's parents are going to be staying around Thanksgiving, and her stepdad is highly allergic to cats. We're busy cleaning out and sterilizing the room that they'll be in for the visit. Since we were using that room as a storage facility for boxes, cleaning it out is no small affair.
We're also reorganizing our finaces and our budget. That all by itself takes a good while.
No, I'm not busy at all, why do you ask?

Date: 2003-11-15 10:50 pm (UTC)yay for library. wish i could say the same, but i have no tools, no lumber, and know no-how. my CD collection is getting much larger -- i'm (shh don't tell the recording industry) copying 12 discs from 2 friends tonight. is already too big for the shelves i've got. books are much the same way, 'cept i'm buying used from the local public library, not copying. that would be weird.
