OK- this is obviously a Bad Thing... And I don't want to make anyone rehash the entirety of a painful episode in their lives...but could someone give me the cliff's notes version of what is happening? Or maybe links to past entries about this? Why is this person (Warins-mom) getting loan payments- and not the bank? Is she shuffling through someone else's mail? (THAT'S a federal offense.) Who is divorcing what? And what needs to be done to make sure you're safe? Sorry...lost here...
