Holiday Wish List

Looks like it's about that time of year again. There are things that I would really love that are not on this list. If someone has a bunch of spare home-improvement/building material, Sanctuary would love to have it. A few thousand dollars would also be really nice. In the interests of realism, I am listing stuff that someone might ctually be able to get out to me. Contact info: Edit at Warin's request: His email address is the same as his LJ user name at yahoo dot com. Warin is one of my husbands. He will probably be able to answer most questions anyone would have.
catchild and/or
louisadkins can probably answer anything that
warinbear can't. I just don't know if they're okay with me putting their e-mail addresses up on a public entry.
1. Cross-stitch stuff: I use DMC floss and 14 count fabric, could probably really use more Stitchbow stuff, and please don't send me patterns that were based off of water colour paintings. Those are the details that matter.
2. Chessex Dice. The have 1 lb bags for sale at their website, and I would love to poke through one.
3. Terry Pratchett books. More to the point, I am looking for: Wyrd Sisters, Witches Abroad, Equal Rites, Maskerade, Carpe Jugulum, Reaper Man, Mort, Soul Music, Hogfather, Thief of Time, Feet of Clay, Night Watch, Thud!, Interesting Times, The Truth, Truckers, Diggers, Wings (last three also known as the Bromeliad Trilogy), The Last Hero, Moving Pictures, Going Postal, and Where's my Cow? Yes, it's one heckuva list. The man writes like all get out (may he long continue to do so), and I got used to having easy acess to a large library. Then we moved to a small town.
4. A gift certificate at Fire Mountain Gems.
5. Any of the "Races of ..." D&D 3.5 books. Or the ones that deal with enviroments, such as Sandstorm or Frostburn.
6. For that matter, the miniatures boxes that D&D's been putting out would be nice as well. Non-metallic miniatures that are already painted are a very nice thing to have.
7. Magic: The Gathering Cards. I am not picky about what set they're from.
8. General Foods International Coffee: Swiss White Chocolate. This is the only flavour of coffee that I have found that I consider drinkable, let alone tasty.
9. Pens, gel pens, pencils, mechanical pencils, markers, and crayons. And colouring books. Yes, you heard me right. I can't draw for anything, but I bloody well know how to colour something to make it look good. Various and sundry companies used to have "stained glass" colouring books. They also used to have colouring books that seemed to be much more aimed at the teenager/adult crowd. Those are the ones that I'm really interested in. Celtic, fantasy, nature, and native themes are what I'm mostly interested in.
10. Shelves. Damn near any size and shape, though anything taller than 7 feet wil likely be to tall for us to make use of. If we get more shelves in, we can fianlly start unpacking the rest of our boxes and boxes and boxes of books.
I will also add a "catch-all" category here: Almost anybody at Sanctuary likes elegant (and not overly flashy) Pagany stuff.
