Five miutes ago, our kitchen:

Me: "I don't care if Kerry's wishy-washy, he'd still be a better President than Bush!

ebonunicorn: -pointing outside to the metal tub that holds our small potato starter crop- "The potatoes would be a better President than Bush!

louisadkins: "The potatoes are dead."

ebonunicorn: "My point!"

At this point, I was too busy trying to breathe through a mouthful of cheese and garlic biscuit while laughing.

There not quite dead yet and they would make a better president.

If they were dead, we would have to have a State Funeral.
