Much Happy Dancing

As both Catchild and Reana have noted, we have the loan! Once the assesor (sp?, person who tells the bank how much the land is worth) comes out, looks at the land, and tells the bank how much it's worth, they'll give the confirmation to the mobile home lot. After that, they'll start building the house while we have folks finish up work on the site. It's currently taking them 10-14 days to build a house. Once it's built, they take it out here and finish up. If we're lucky, it'll be in by New Year's.
