Good luck with the moving! I bought my house in 2004. Austin has been in a long-term drought for the past several years. In 2004, I closed on the house on June 17th, and I had to be out of my apartment on June 30. The rains commenced on June 18th at approximately 8AM and ceased on June 30 at approximately 5PM. Before June 18th and after June 30th, Austin basically had no rain all summer. :-)
